AirPro System Return Policy
We allow returns on unused systems within 15 days of purchase if accompanied by original receipt and all original packaging and parts. A 5% restocking fee may apply to some items. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.  To return equipment please carefully package item, include proof of purchase and indicate the reason for return. Be sure to package equipment well to avoid damage in transit. Any damage will be assumed to have occurred prior to shipping so please be sure to protect the unit well.  For your protection we recommend shipping the package traceable and signature required. We regret that we cannot accept returns on any used items.

Foundation Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges on any foundation shade that may have been purchased in error.  Please return any unused portion within 15 days of purchase accompanied by original receipt and a description of the shade you would like to replace it with.  Does not apply to foundation and blush sets or to any buy one get one free offer.
