Warranty & Service Information

Your AirPro Personal Makeup System is warranted to original purchaser against all manufacturing defects of both material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Any part of the system (excluding needle) that is defective or worn so as not to be useable within this period will be repaired or replaced at our expense. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, accident, or units which have been abused or altered in any way. Warranty applies to USA only.

To obtain service under this warranty return the equipment to be repaired or replaced along with proof of purchase, your telephone number and return address, along with a note describing the problem. Be sure to package equipment well to avoid damage in transit. Any damage will be assumed to have occurred prior to shipping so please be sure to protect the unit well.  For your protection we recommend shipping the package traceable and signature required.

Equipment repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned freight or postage paid by AirPro Makeup.
